For a low monthly membership, you’ll enjoy direct access to your provider, extended appointment times, and transparent pricing on every visit.

Adult (18+) $65/month
Child (3–17) $35/month(w/parent or guardian enrollment)
If no adult parent or guardian is enrolled with the child, then child membership is $65/month
Then each in-office or virtual visit will be charged at $55/visit

Our team can provide an invoice of the services you received, and you can submit that to your insurance company for a possible reimbursement. You can also use your current insurance with the purchase of prescription medications, outside labs and referrals.
